She is a coach with a Master's-level counseling degree from Washington University, and 10+ years of field experience guiding a diverse range of individuals to development of new skills, awareness, transformation and growth, both 1-on-1 and in group formats.
Her specializations are in the areas of: confidence-building, assertiveness training, leadership, motivation, communication, productivity, problem-solving, work/life balance, and interpersonal skills.
