Biography
Elizabeth Mennemeyer is a coach who supports individuals in navigating decisions, transitions, and complex responsibilities with clarity and intention. Her work is grounded in the belief that clear thinking creates direction, and that steady, reflective conversation supports meaningful progress.
Her approach is informed by more than fifteen years of experience as an educator, including extensive work as a home educator, as well as seven years leading a nonprofit organization serving families. These roles required thoughtful communication, structured decision-making, and the ability to support others through meaningful change.
Elizabeth has completed formal coach training grounded in ICF-aligned principles and is currently pursuing ACC certification. She is also training to offer ResilienceBuilder® assessment-based coaching.
Her work reflects a consistent focus on clarity, resilience, and practical forward movement in real-life contexts.
